Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How to Return

- Pack items securely in their original packaging if possible.
- Ship items using a trackable shipping method.
- Include your order number and return authorization in the package.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Accessories such as hairpins and jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
